• Rates are for the use of the apt. for 4 people . An extra of 20$/day will be charged for each additional person.
• Minimum 2 days stay.
• You will receive an email confirming apartment availability and payment procedures.
• Booking becomes official once the  25%  deposit is received and you have agreed to rental conditions.
