Rates

• Subject to price changes.
• 25% is due when making reservation, payable by bank transfer or crédit card via paypal.
• The balance is payable upon receipt of the keys, in cash, a the security deposit (300$ Can), which is redeemable * at the end of the stay.  * (see conditions)
• for a monthly stay the security deposit is equal to a month's stay.
• a 25$/day charge will be added in case of a 5th person , no matter the age.
